An Ultra Violet Pigment is a fluorescent dye that has been dissolved in resin, and then ground to a fine pigment. When exposed to ultra violet light these pigments fluoresce intensely. All the colours are visible under normal light, and are fluorescent in UV light except for Invisible Blue.
