Belgian Medium Absorbent Chalk Primed Linen

This linen has been sized and primed with a traditional 'gesso' type chalk and glue primer.

The surface is highly absorbent and designed for artists using water-based paints, such as tempera, for fresco effects. It is not advised for oil paints.

Stir to a smooth, lump free consistency and stir regularly during application. Apply at least 3 coats of primer and no more than 2 coats of top coat for maximum attraction. Rare earth magnets adhere best to treated surface.
